Andarine S4 is one of my favorite SARMS in the market. Like all SARMs, Andarine is a selective androgen receptor modulator. Andarine S4 was developed by the Japanese pharmaceutical company, Kaken Pharmaceuticals, and it was aimed at treating osteoporosis. In our world, andarine has been picked up by bodybuilders over the last several years as a way to take their gains to the next level.as a result, it has been banned by tested contests and organized sports. Although andarine S4 is probably the most comparable to steroids such as winstrol or anavar , it’s not a steroid.

Andarine S4 Results

SARM such as S4 is a good example. S4 attaches to the AR and sticks to it; each time the AR interacts with testosterone, S4 forces it to produce genes that exclusively benefit muscle and bone growth.SARMS function by tying to the AR resulting to anabolic activity. Andarine can trigger muscle development in the same way as steroids, but minus the same unwanted side effects, the latter has on the prostate and other sexual organs.

S4 is a SARM with utmost androgenic effects as it around 33% of the strength of testosterone when attaching to AR. Andarine also increases the amount of muscle mass produced by desensitizing the AR to the natural testosterone to influence a stronger effect. S4 is by far the most versatile SARM ever created. The primary purpose of S4 aimed to develop an alternative treatment to age-related muscle wasting, osteoporosis, and similar symptoms of hypogonadism, or end-stage renal disease. 

From a stage 1 study, S4 has provided evidence of a 3.3 lbs increase in less than 90 days with no increases exercise or change in daily diet. An unintended side effect (or benefit if you will) is the decrease in body fat. S4 have a great affinity (potency in binding to androgen receptors). It also presenting greater anabolic effects than some traditional steroids.

Aside from its muscle building advantages, S4 won’t cause liver damage,prevent gynecomastia and can help boost your overall health.

Andarine Effects

The effects of Andarine (S4) can range from bulking to cutting and total body transformation; however, bulking (muscle/mass gains) will be the weakest of the three areas. S4 is not known for packing on a lot of lean muscle tissue, but lean gains can and should be made providing enough calories are present along with muscular stimulation (exercise).

For the off-season athlete looking to really pack on size, this is not a product they’ll want to base their plan around although it could be a solid addition to a plan, simply not a standalone item. Increasing strength can be a benefit when trying to grow as it allows the individual to lift heavier weights. However, strength and size do not always go hand-in-hand and cannot be used as a gauge when trying to grow. It is very possible to gain little to no weight and still increase strength despite no increases in size.

Andarine Dosage

Andarine S4 should take at 50mg-75mg, 5 days out of the week, for 12-16 weeks.
As mentioned before, Andarine S4 does not need to be taken on 3 separate occasions throughout the day; but for individuals that prefer this method, a 25mg dose (roughly half a milliliter) is recommended once with each of your three main meals.

Once again, as mentioned above, Andarine S4 dosage have point of diminishing returns. This means usage of S-4 passed 75mg or usage of S-4 for more than 16 weeks will not result in any added muscle mass. There will not be an increase in side effects either, but you will be running the risk of AR desensitization and inevitably wasting your product.

Dosing with S-4 for less than 6-8 weeks is not recommended and will not allow the researcher to witness the full benefits of the product.
Recommended dose for cutting is 50 mg for 6-8 weeks. You should use it every day then take 2 days off for the duration. Taking S4 daily for the length of the cycle can lead to changes in eyesight.

Cutting will be where Andarine (S4) really stands out and for several reasons. The primary objective of any cutting plan is to lose body fat. In order to lose body fat one must burn more calories than he consumes, which will put lean muscle tissue at risk. S4 supplementation can provide the means to protect muscle tissue during a calorie deficit.

Andarine can increase hardness and definition significantly in a lean physique. Hardening and strength effects of this SARM have often compare to the anabolic steroid Winstrol (Stanozolol). As an added bonus, with the strength increasing traits of S4, while strength may not increase when cutting, if using this SARM you may very well find you maintain a lot more of your strength that would have otherwise diminished.

For the every day fitness enthusiast, this may be one of the best SARM’s on the market. It’s not possible to gain a massive amount of muscle and shred up with any product. Cycle Note: I suggest you really have a feel out process after 50mgs/ED with Andarine and see if your side effects with vision are low or something you don’t can’t handle. If it’s fine, keep going until you hit 70mgs. If not, scale back down to under 50mgs/ED.
